Tropic Thunder guys as Pips on American Idol

JimK: This clip is probably the only funny thing that has ever happened on American Idol, unless you count anyone thinking that Clay Aiken was ever gonna be anything other than a Broadway singer:.

JimK: I have such a man-crush on RDJ it’s not even funny. All that skill and he gets to be Iron Man.

Emily: I like him in the suit, but JARVIS really turns my crank.

JimK: You don’t have a crank.

Emily: But if I had one, an all-knowing sentient AI that was equally as adept at being an alarm clock as he is a ballistic guidance system would turn it. Rawrr.

JimK: Ohhhhkayyyy…Anyhoo, I think this clip actually shows off their three comedy styles quite well. Stiller is the awkward ironic one, Jack is the clown for your amusement and RDJ is the smoove bastard with the wry smile that will quip you to death then steal your girl. Only to find her in bed with Jack and Kyle Glass the next morning because they spiked her Skyy & Dr. Pepper.

It worked, you bastards at AI. You made me want to see Tropic Thunder just a little more. I’m so easily manipulated.
