DonnaK:  Back in 2004 RDJ starred in a fifteen minute long Volvo promotional film directed by Stephen Frears. I never saw it at the time - in fact, I only heard about it for the first time a very short time ago. I just watched the film (broken into two parts) and thought it was just brilliant. That was pretty cool. I was just thinking—-Robert Downey Junior, Brad Pitt, and George Clooney all have that ultra-coolness about them as actors. They’re an ode to the good ol’ days when men were men, and they inspired you to kick some ass and take some names.

Too bad they’re all jacked up in real life, but their on-screen personas are wonderful.
