JimK:  Christian Bale will not face any criminal prosecution for not taking shit off his see you next Tuesday sister and mum.

Christian Bale will not face charges in connection to an assault allegation filed by his mother and sister, the Associated Press reports.

England’s Crown Prosecution Service has ordered police not to take any further action against the actor, 34, due to insufficient evidence, the AP reports.

What this means is that the CPS believed his story, whatever it was.  The rumors are that these two harpies wanted some cash, and when he said no, Sis started insulting Mrs. Batman, and at that point Bale decided to leave the hotel room.  He “brushed” past one of them or both of them to get out, and they went to the police and claimed assault.

The Crown Prosecution Service loves to prosecute.  It is, after all, what they exist for.  They also seem to enjoy making a spectacle out of celebrity crime.  I’m inclined to think that Mum and Sis really came off like lying, money-grubbing whorebuckets on this one if the CPS refused to prosecute.
