JimK:  Dear everyone complaining about the Robocop story,

It’s probably not a remake of Robocop.  It’s said to be a sequel of sorts that takes place 20+ years after the last time we saw Robocop.  This one does NOT count in the pile of remakes that need not be made.  In fact, it seems like one hell of a good idea if you ask me.  Darren Aronofsky will bring that sense of realism and suffering that made the first Robocop so hard to watch in places.

If you’re gonna blog about this stuff, you have a duty to keep up with the latest, people!  You can do better.  I believe in you.  Now if you’ll excuse me, I have to go. Somewhere there is a crime happening.
